Howdy all

We hope everyone is healthy and navigating these strange times that we live in. Despite the craziness we humans participate in, animals still require our care. AniCell is committed to providing safe all-natural products that continue to gain widespread adoption for osteoarthritis, tendons, ligament, and joint damage as well as superficial, bone, and eye wounds. Our team is dedicated to helping you by practicing safe protocols when visiting you while facilitating product education and training.

As events have begun to resume, we have been busy supporting veterinarians and animal owners to make the most out of this season.

Stay Tuned to See the Difference

Beginning in July, Dr. Robert Peiffer DVM, Ph.D., DACVO of St. Francis Veterinary Center, will be leading a multi-site clinical study of various ocular indications using our AniOcular Product Line. This study will involve veterinarians in Europe and Australia. Stay tuned for the results later this fall. Assisting Dr. Peiffer with the study will be Dr. Tammi Epp, DVM, Ph.D., DACVSMR.

Osteoarthritis Canine

Osteoarthritis Joint Study Begins

Dr. Marie Bartling DVM, CVMA, IVCA, CCRT, CVPP of Animal Care Center of Castle Pines is researching the impacts of amnion on dogs with age-related osteoarthritis in hips, knees and elbows. For a while now, it has been scientifically proven amnion manages the tissue damage caused by arthritis in people. Dr. Bartling is objectively evaluating the amnions ability to improve the quality of life and reduce or eliminate the reliance on medication of these patients through gait map analysis. Compilation of results expected in the fourth quarter 2020.

2 RACE Credits on 2 New Dates

In April, the American Association of Veterinary State Boards RACE committee approved AniCell’s Program “Use of Amniotic Material in Regenerative Medicine” (Program Number: 1559-41674) for 2 CE credits including Interactive-Distance Learning as a delivery method. So far we have trained several hundred veterinarians and vet techs on the regenerative benefits of amnion.

This medical program covers the science behind the therapeutic use of amnion in wound management as well as many of the clinical applications including superficial wounds, fractured bones, tendon and ligament lesions, joint issues, and corneal ulcers.
