Dog Bite Wound

After Penelope, a 7-year-old Jack Russell was attacked by a larger breed dog, Dr. Shannon Sura, a relief vet at Noe’s Ark Animal Hospital used CanisCell StemWrap to address the large second-intention wound on the cranial ventral aspect of the thorasic cavity between the dog’s two front legs.

A 5x5cm StemWrap Amnion biobandage was placed on the 6x5cm non-healing wound site and a vial of StemWrap D implantable allograft was placed into the healthy tissue around the wound to spur quick contraction of the wound.
